ABOUT
THE ART WORK
Nancy Cheser's
photographic collages explore nuances of color, light and
shape, which are manipulated in a painterly fashion.
|
|
|
|
The collages
are constructed from multiple and reverse images laid in patterns
and glued. To maintain the integrity of the original colors,
the collages are either rephotographed, with the final image
being a print from a 4" x 5" negative or scanned
on a high resolution scanner. The final result is a museum
quality photographic print from the digital file. Images are
available in a variety of sizes.
